There are three main buildings in the new head office building of China Trust. The new headquarters building continues the brand spirit of "We are family", and the main design axis revolves around the four design connotations of "home", "prosperity", "dengfeng" and "walking far", transforming the concept of traditional courtyard "home" into three The main building is shaped like a "mountain", all of which are inclined towards the center point, symbolizing the family concept of father and mother with children, supporting and relying on each other. In line with the characteristics of adjacent industrial activities such as the Nangang Software Park and the current development trend of the economic and trade park, the comprehensive development method of the merger of the streets is carried out, and the international commercial use is planned to meet the needs of the overall park's international business and regional functional development. The construction method and structural system planning focus on the principles of safety, economy and good constructability, in order to achieve the highest engineering quality and the least cost and construction period. The upper structure adopts steel frame (SS) structure, and high-strength concrete (CFT) is poured into the box-shaped steel column. The beam adopts pure steel frame structure. The lower structure adopts reinforced concrete (RC) structure, and the system of floor B1~B4 adopts the system without beam, which can strive for the clear height of the floor and reduce the excavation depth of the basement. Some buildings and elevator openings adopt traditional beam system. Beams, slabs and walls are constructed of reinforced concrete. In order to cooperate with the reverse construction method, the basement column is constructed of steel reinforced concrete (SRC). The steel column is about 3.0 meters deep into the foundation pile. The wall is a continuous wall as a permanent structural outer wall, the girders on the first floor are constructed of steel reinforced concrete, and the small beams and floor slabs are constructed of reinforced concrete.
